RGB LED light installation at the external façade and chevron panel where client can control the light using the lighting control system
(DMX) by Martin with multiple selection of programmable scene for special occasion such as Chinese New Year and Christmas
as well as National Day.
Electrical distribution board installation for the lighting and power socket as well as mechanical equipment such as Exhaust Fan, Primary Air Unit (PAU), Domestic Water Tank Pump etc.
Visitor management system where a 3-lanes turnstile were installed at the main lobby and building management can manage and secure the access for the tenant and visitor. A self-help kiosk added to the main lobby for the visitor to register themselves without hassle. The turnstile can be activated by using Facial Recognition technology and QR-code generated from the mobile apps.
